Vidacle is provided as-is during preview. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time and without notice. Don't build a workflow you can't replace on top of it yet.

The concepts, scripts, scene breakdowns and design briefs Vidacle generates are suggestions. The directional priors behind them describe aggregates of past public videos; they are not a promise, prediction, or guarantee of how any video — yours included — will perform.

You are responsible for what you create and publish from a blueprint. That includes the accuracy of claims, the rights to any music or footage you use, and compliance with the rules of the platforms you publish to and the laws that apply to you.

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or pass generated output off as performance guarantees to your own clients or audience.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version always lives on this page; continuing to use Vidacle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
